Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor:

Quantity Surveyor with 6 years’ experience required to join a medium sized main building contractor who are expanding their operations in the Cork Region.  This is the ideal role for the QS with about 6 years’ experience with a main building contractor who would like to develop a long-term career with a growing company in the region.   

Potential Projects:

• Apartments 200 Units
• Care Homes
• Apartments circa 100 units
• Fit-out projects

Requirements:

• Degree qualified with at least 6 years’ experience in Quantity Surveying with a main building contractor in Ireland or the UK.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must be commercially and contractually aware.
• Ambitious and committed to deliver an excellent standard of work.
• Must be eligible to work in Ireland

Package:

• Starting Salary: €75k– €85k
