A Tier 1 main contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a large-scale data centre fit out project in Amsterdam. This is a high-profile assignment offering rotational work and the chance to lead complex fit out, drylining, ceilings, and partitions projects for a blue-chip client.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of fit out, drylining, ceiling, and partition works on the data centre project.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors and on-site teams to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to specification.
- Prepare and monitor project programmes, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Maintain quality standards, ensuring compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Act as primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, and implement solutions to overcome project challenges.
- Provide accurate reporting on project status, cost, and performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years’ experience managing fit out projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices for interiors and fit out.
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to high quality standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Salary & Benefits
- €90,000–€100,000 (some negotiation possible).
