Project Manager

Overview:
A well-established civil engineering contractor, renowned for delivering a variety of high-quality projects is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a solar farm project in Wicklow. The successful candidate will take the lead in managing all project activities, ensuring that quality, safety, and timelines are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the delivery of the solar farm project from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to achieve project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, subcontractors, and clients.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, adapting plans as necessary to maintain project objectives.
• Prepare regular progress reports, providing updates to senior management and clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ project management experience, ideally in civil engineering or renewable energy projects.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects, ideally within solar or renewable energy.
• Strong understanding of project management software and MS Office suite.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
