Overview:
Our client, a fast-growing civil engineering contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team and oversee a residential project in North Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and organized individual to lead high-profile projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering quality construction on time and within budget, while also adhering to the highest standards of health and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of residential construction projects, ensuring timely completion and budgetary adherence.
- Oversee site operations, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project flow.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, reports, and financial documentation.
- Lead and mentor on-site teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Liaise with clients, design teams, and local authorities to resolve any issues and ensure project objectives are met.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale residential projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Irish building regulations and safety standards.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
