We are seeking a Planner with 5+ years of experience to join a leading Main Building Contractor in Cork. The role involves developing, managing, and integrating project schedules for various complex projects from inception through completion. This position provides an opportunity to work alongside multi-disciplinary teams across Engineering, Design, Construction Management, and Commissioning & Qualification sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and schedule new projects.
- Set and achieve project objectives, timelines, and milestones.
- Manage and oversee project schedules and project control tools.
- Conduct and lead Interactive Planning Workshops.
- Perform critical path development and analysis.
- Utilize MS Project.
- Provide schedule performance updates and reports, highlighting variances and suggesting corrective actions.
- Participate in Constructability Reviews.
- Communicate tools and targets for achieving project goals.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position within a Main Contractor.
- Experience in Pharma or Data Centre projects is advantageous.
- Proficiency with MS Project and Primavera P6.
- Strong analytical, communication, and people skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of decision-making.
- Effective time management and problem-solving abilities.
Compensation Package:
- Base salary range of €80k-€90k.
