MEP Site Agent – (Construction Manager)
We are currently recruiting a MEP Site Agent to work for a leading Irish General Contractor on a HyperscaleData Centre project in Belgium on a fixed term contract. Our client has projects in Ireland, Europe and the UK and work across many sectors including Pharmaceutical, Power, Renewables, Commercial, Data Centres.

Responsibilities:
- Set, monitor, and enforce the standards of safety, and exemplary quality of work
- Supervising construction activities, organising workers plant, machinery and materials
- Communicating project progress to key stakeholders, such as the client, architects, engineers
- Support the Project Manager to manage and supervise on site personnel within your area
- Overseeing sub-contractors
- Assume a leadership role on site with regard to the work being carried out in your area and by following & implementing the site safety plan & rules
- Maintain discipline on site, report any incidents and take action as appropriate
- Plan labour & material resources required for the area
- Previous experience with either MEP packages or CSA packages
- Check all materials before install to ensure they are fit for use & comply with the project specifications
- Assist in ensuring systems are handed over to the client
Requirements
- Detailed knowledge of CSA or MEP Packages
- Commercial understanding
- Health, Safety and Environmental systems
- Previous experience in logistics, ideally in construction industry
- Previous supervisory skills desirable
- An EU Passport is required
