Responsibilities
- Lead Mechanical Engineer overseeing design and delivery of mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards, Part L, NZEB, and relevant codes.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including specifications, tenders, schedules, and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Develop fee proposals and quality submissions for public and private sector projects, supporting business development.
- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment and coordination.
- Review design proposals and meet Designer responsibilities under SHWW(C) Regulations for safety and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
- 3 Years+ Experience in mechanical building services design across various sectors.
- Progressing toward full membership with CIBSE, EI, or equivalent, and Chartered status.
- IT Skills – Revit, IES and CAD.
- Strong communication skills with a commitment to sustainability.
