Junior Quantity Surveyor

Junior Quantity Surveyor required for one of Ireland’s largest main contractors to work on a range of Data Centre, Commercial and Industrial Projects in West-Dublin with regular travel to projects in Europe. The successful candidate will be reporting directly into the Commercial Director.

Responsibilities: 

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, BOQs, tender, contract, and subcontract documents.
• Measure quantities from drawings/plans and support cost planning and control.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations, manage procurement, and issue payment certificates.
• Monitor project progress, prepare valuations, reports, and account statements.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards, maintaining records.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and support Project Directors/Site Managers.

Requirements 

• Degree Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or relevant qualification.
• 1 years’+ experience in a Quantity Surveying role.
• Experience working with a Tier 1 Contractor would be advantageous.
• IT Skills – Microsoft Office and COINS.
