Health & Safety Advisor required to work for a Tier 1 M&E company across a range of Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Commercial, Government and Manufacturing projects in Dublin.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and improve EHS programs, promoting safety and sustainability.
- Conduct site audits, reporting and ensuring timely corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain compliance documentation for health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Enforce safety measures to protect employees and the environment.
- Prepare and review RAMS and PSCS documents for safe work practices.
- Oversee EHS compliance for subcontractors and employees.
- Lead accident investigations, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
- Report EHS performance and KPIs to senior management.
- Any other reasonable and relevant duties as requested by the EHS Manager, necessary to meet the ongoing needs of the company.
Requirements
- Diploma (NFQ Level 8) in Occupational Health & Safety or NFQ Level 6 in Environmental Management.
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- A relevant Health & Safety qualification.
- Team player and able to build and maintain relationships both internal and external clients.
- Flexible to change and open to constructive feedback.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
- IT Skills – Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
