Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all finishing trades, ensuring high-quality workmanship and that all details align with project specifications.
- Coordinate with site managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient progress toward completion dates.
- Conduct regular inspections, manage quality control, and ensure that health and safety standards are met.
- Address any issues that arise during the finishing phase to maintain project timelines and budgets.
- Provide clear, proactive communication with the project team and client representatives as needed.
Requirements
- Experience in a Finishing Foreman or similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of finishing trades, including carpentry, painting, plastering, and interior fit-outs.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality finishes.
- Proven ability to manage timelines, subcontractors, and site logistics effectively.
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental standards in construction.
