I am hiring for a leading developer in Dublin who is seeking a Façade Manager to join their team on a high-profile residential project in North Dublin. This role will see you manage all façade-related activities throughout the project stages, from early design through to installation, testing, and final delivery. It’s a great opportunity to work on complex, high-value developments with strong career progression.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate façade design and manage technical submissions.
- Ensure compliance with BCAR and Irish building regulations.
- Align procurement, logistics, and scheduling with overall project objectives.
- Promote best practices for façade installation and integration.
- Utilize BIM and digital tools to track progress and manage changes.
- Oversee on-site testing, snagging, and completion documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering façade works on large-scale residential projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of façade systems: SFS, Weathering Board, Ali Clad Windows, Brickwork, and Render.
- Familiarity with BCAR processes and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency with BIM and digital construction platforms.
- Degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline (preferred).
