Façade Manager:
Façade Manager (Brickwork) required for a leading developer to work on a 2+ year residential project (housing and apartments) in South Kildare. This role will suit the Façade Manager with previous experience in a similar role in Ireland or the UK with a main building contractor. We will also consider / Ex- Master Craft Brick layer / Super Structure COW’s. Our client has a very strong pipeline of work in the residential space generally outside the M50.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the installation sequence for façade components.
- Manage the delivery of materials at appropriate phases to ensure project continuity.
- Review and close out weekly Bcar Inspection reports in relation to the superstructures .
- Ensure all work adheres to building regulations, health and safety guidelines, and environmental standards, maintaining the highest quality.
Requirements:
- Degree, Higher Diploma, HETAC qualification, or equivalent trade experience.
- Strong knowledge of brickwork and traditional form of construction .
- Proven experience managing teams of 12-15 staff in a construction environment.
- Ex Master craft Brick layer / COW’s
Salary:
- Circa €65K – €70K
