Electrical Project Manager
We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Project Manager, this role will be based in Sweden. The successful candidate will be joining a leading international engineering contractor and take charge of high-value electrical projects across Sweden. You will lead end-to-end project delivery, manage client relationships and drive excellence in safety, quality and performance within a dynamic and supportive team.

Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle from start up to completion across Electrical projects.
- Act as the primary client contact, building strong and positive relationships.
- Drive project delivery to time, budget and quality standards.
- Oversee procurement, scheduling, cost control and cash flow.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
- Manage and motivate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring performance and productivity.
- Deliver testing, commissioning, handover and close out documentation.
- Promote continuous improvement and innovation within the business.
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or strong electrical trades background.
- 10+ years’ experience in a similar Project Manager role.
- Proven track record in large-scale data centre, pharmaceutical or industrial projects.
- Strong commercial, engineering and project management knowledge.
- Excellent planning, organisational and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and client facing experience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, risks and resources effectively.
