Electrical Project Manager (HV) required to join one of Europe’s leading contractors for HV and MV Renewable Energy projects across Dublin & Leinster. The Electrical Project Manager (HV) will be responsible for multiple teams team of Electrical sub-contractors on various HV and Renewable Projects.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across project teams and stakeholders.
• Provide regular project updates to key stakeholders, including weekly and monthly status reports to the Project Management Office (PMO).
• Exhibit sound decision-making skills under pressure, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Utilise excellent organizational skills to manage resources effectively, meet project deadlines, and maintain budgetary control.
• Apply technical electrical knowledge, with an understanding of general civil engineering as applicable.
• Conduct technical evaluations of equipment proposals, aiming to optimize costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring client satisfaction and engagement.
• Ensure all site activities meet established high standards for safety, quality, and compliance.
• Oversee and assess contractor activities, ensuring alignment with project standards and procedures.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• At least 10 years of experience within the UK or Irish markets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other project management tools.
• Willingness to travel; a company vehicle will be provided.
