Electrical Foreman
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Foreman to take charge of day-to-day site operations and ensure safe, high-quality project delivery. This is a key role with the opportunity to lead major healthcare and industrial projects in Limerick.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the direct labour workforce on site.
- Oversee health & safety in line with regulations and company standards.
- Supervise electrical installations to drawings, specs and codes.
- Coordinate subcontractors to ensure progress and quality.
- Track daily productivity, schedule progress and report to the PM.
- Manage labour, materials and site deliveries.
- Drive quality through snagging, issue resolution and close out.
- Liaise with clients and oversee testing, verification and certification.
Requirements
- Electrical Craft Certificate (trade qualification).
- 5+ years’ experience as a Foreman on healthcare/industrial projects.
- Proven leadership of direct labour teams and subcontractors.
- Strong knowledge of electrical installations, drawings and specs.
- Valid Safe Pass, Manual Handling and clean driving licence.
- Detail-focused with a strong safety and quality mindset.
