Mechanical Engineer

Salary: €60K-€80K DOE
Role:
We’re seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead and support mid- to large-scale projects from concept through to handover, ensuring quality delivery on time and within budget. This role is ideal for an experienced Mechanical/Building Services Engineer who is ambitious, self-motivated, and eager to progress their career.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the mechanical design and delivery of projects from concept through to completion
- Prepare specifications, schedules, drawings, and other contract documents through the RIBA/project stages
- Attend project and client meetings, representing the design team in a professional capacity
- Prepare planning, feasibility, and design reports
- Ensure project compliance with the Project Management Plan and Programme
- Deliver innovative, sustainable, and energy-efficient solutions across a variety of sectors.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent discipline)
- Proven experience as a Mechanical/Building Services Engineer within consultancy
- Strong technical expertise in mechanical design, calculations, and specification writing
- Experience delivering projects in sectors such as Commercial, Education, and Residential
- Knowledge and experience of low-energy, sustainable design solutions
- Proficiency in IES / Hevacomp, with REVIT/CAD experience preferred
