Design Project Manager
We’re seeking an experienced Design Project Manager to lead multiple projects across Ireland. You’ll act as the client’s representative, ensuring delivery of high-quality design solutions on time and within scope.
Key Projects
- 15-storey mixed-use residential & office tower, Dublin — €45m
- University STEM building extension (labs & lecture theatres) — €32m
- Hospital diagnostic wing with advanced MEP systems — €28m
- Hyperscale data centre campus, Leinster — €500m+
- Enterprise data centre facility, Dublin — €150m
About You
- 9+ years’ experience in project/design management.
- Proven track record leading design teams and managing complex projects.
- Strong ability to plan, coordinate, and drive design processes.
- Skilled in client engagement, procurement strategies, and value engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Lead and support design teams, resolving roadblocks.
- Act as client’s representative across procurement/contracting.
- Oversee project execution plans, reviews, audits, and close-outs.
