CSA Construction Manager (Belgium)
We are currently recruiting a CSA Construction Manager to work for a leading Engineering contractor on a Hyperscale Data Centre project in Belgium. Our client has projects in Ireland, Europe and the UK and work across many sectors including Pharmaceutical, Power, Renewables, Commercial, Data Centres.

Responsibilities:
- Set, monitor, and enforce safety standards and high-quality work, implementing the site safety plan and ensuring employee training.
- Assist the Project Manager in supervising on-site personnel, planning labour and material resources, and using the purchasing system cost-effectively.
- Oversee subcontractors, develop a GC/GR plan aligned with site logistics, and chair meetings with subcontractors, staff, directors, and clients.
- Maintain site discipline, report incidents, ensure timely off-hiring of plant equipment, and keep plant maintained and secure.
- Check materials for compliance, assist in system handover to the client, advise on non-tender work, and support drop line reporting and risk identification.
Requirements
- Degree in civil/structural engineering, construction, or project management (or equivalent).
- 5+ years of site management with a main contractor.
- Experience in Data Centre or high-tech sectors preferred.
- Strong communicator with excellent verbal, written, and cloud-based communication skills.
- Proficient in project/information management software and knowledgeable in civil, structural, envelope, and finishes details.
