A well-established mid-size main contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team in Dublin. This is a key role managing contractual, commercial, and procurement aspects of a major construction project, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and value delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all contract administration and commercial management activities on-site and off-site.
  • Prepare, review, and negotiate subcontractor and supplier agreements.
  • Monitor project budgets, variations, and cost control measures.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
  • Provide guidance to project teams on contract interpretation and risk management.
  • Lead claims management and resolve commercial disputes efficiently.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders on contractual matters.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and commercial management.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management, quantity surveying, or related discipline.
  • Experience managing mid-to-large scale projects is preferred.
