Contracts Manager
A well-established and rapidly growing civil engineering contractor with a strong project pipeline across Ireland. They specialise in delivering large-scale infrastructure projects and are seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple projects.
Role Overview:
The Contracts Manager will be responsible for managing contracts, budgets, and project teams to ensure the on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of civil engineering projects. They will liaise with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contracts and subcontractors across multiple projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Oversee project financials, including budgeting and cost control.
- Negotiate contracts and manage project documentation.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates.
- Mentor and lead junior staff.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 8+ years’ experience in contracts management or project management in civil engineering.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement, and construction processes.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Full driving licence.
