Contracts Manager
Contracts Manager required for a leading Developer to look after several Residential projects in the Dublin region. The successful candidate will be based on sites between Dublin City, South Dublin and North Wicklow.
Duties:
- Oversee the successful completion of multiple construction projects, taking full responsibility.
- Establish and maintain systems to monitor, review, and control budgeted or agreed-upon expenditures.
- Implement the Company’s Cost & Value Management procedures, ensuring all necessary commercial reports are produced accurately and promptly for senior management.
- Collaborate closely with Directors and Site Managers to support and recommend strategies, identify potential risks or issues, and find suitable resolutions.
- Prepare and distribute monthly progress reports for Senior Management.
Requirements:
- 3rd Level Degree
- Over 5 years of experience with main building contractors in Ireland or the UK.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Package:
- Basic salary €100k -€120k DOE
- Company vehicle / travel allowance
