Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a high-quality construction project in Limerick. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, Irish-based contractor with a strong reputation in niche market segments. You will be responsible for managing one large project ensuring timely delivery within budget while maintaining the highest Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage full project lifecycle from initial stages to handover
- Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, clients, and senior stakeholders
- Oversee site operations and ensure key milestones are achieved
- Prepare and manage weekly programmes and progress reports
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in a Project Manager role within the Irish construction industry
- Proven ability to manage large-scale or multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong technical understanding of construction processes
