Clerk of Works with residential project experience required for a leading Housing Agency to work on various residential projects in the Dublin area.  Our client is looking for an experienced Clerk of Works who has some residential project management experience and overall at least 7 years post-grad experience. This company can provide an excellent benefits package with 3 days a week working from home.

Requirements:

• The Successful candidate should hold a relevant third level qualification in a construction related discipline or an Equivalent professional qualification OR;
• 7 years + post-grad experience
• Delivery of residential projects in Ireland working as Project Manager or General Foreman

Package:

• €70k – €80k
• Great benefits package
• 3 days a week working from home
• 28+ days annual leave
• Health Insurance
• 2 days a week from any Site Office or Dublin Head Office
