A leading cost consultancy in Dublin city centre is expanding and seeking to recruit Quantity Surveyors at various levels, to join their growing team.
With over 20 years of success in the Irish market, they offer a collaborative and dynamic environment where Quantity Surveyor can thrive and contribute to the delivery of high-impact projects in Dublin and Cork.
As a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, or Quantity Surveyor seeking to gain professional membership, they will fully support personal and professional progression. You’ll have the opportunity to work across a varied range of building projects across the full project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered within budget, and contributing to the overall success of the projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive cost plans and budget estimates
- Lead value engineering exercises, identifying both risks and opportunities for savings
- Review and evaluate tenders, ensuring alignment with project goals and specifications
- Assess interim valuations and manage negotiations around project variations
- Provide expert cost reporting and ensure smooth settlement of final accounts
- Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders
Skills & Experience:
- Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field
- Membership with SCSI / RICS (or working towards professional membership) is highly desired
- 4+ years’ experience within a cost consultancy or developer environment (desired). More senior level opportunities are also available
- Proven ability to compile cost reports, valuations, claims, and contracts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly driven, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional results
- Full eligibility to work in Ireland is a prerequisite
