Brickwork Foreman

Brickwork Foreman required for a highly reputable Construction Company to work on a long term residential project in South Kildare.  The Brickwork Foreman will  be working on both apartments and housing and be responsible for the brickwork façades throughout the project.

Requirements:

• Previous façade experience on site.
• Brickwork experience
• Ensure that the façade sub-contractors are compliant to specification and contract conditions.
• Ability to review the design, quality check installation and oversee fire compartmentation.
• Attend design team meetings.
• Experience of monitoring/ managing the scaffolding.
• Demonstrate understanding of programme, material management and give examples of what they have previously been involved with.

 
Role:

• Brickwork background
• Roof weathering and finishes,
• Scaffold, loading bays, materials, etc.
• Will report to Site Manager.

Salary:

• €65-€70k
• Fuel Card
• Pension
