Based in Limerick city, they are seeking a talented Architectural Technologist, with proficiency in both Revit and CAD along with 2 years+ architectural industry experience to join the highly collaborative growing team.

- Sports / Leisure / Hospitality
- Ecclesiastical
- Healthcare
- Commercial
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed technical drawings & construction documentation for a range of project typologies
- Translate design concepts into fully coordinated technical packages
- Prepare and submit planning & building regulation applications
- Stay updated with building regs, industry standards & innovations
- Ensure high standards in accuracy, detail, and graphic presentation
Desired skills & experience:
- A degree/diploma level qualification in Architectural Technology
- 2–3+ years’ experience in an architectural design consultancy
- Project experience should include residential, commercial, or education sectors
- Strong knowledge of Irish/UK building regs & construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit
- Experience creating tender packages & technical detailing
- Strong communication skills & attention to detail
- Comfortable working both independently and in a team
- Must hold eligibility to work in Ireland
