They are seeking an experienced Architects with good design, technical and construction knowledge who are capable of delivering projects from inception to completion. The ideal Architect will:
- Hold RIAI / RIBA membership and have a minimum of 3 years’ post-registration experience
- Have experience in residential, commercial, educational, or civic projects.
- Be passionate about design excellence and committed to sustainable building practices
- Possess a full understanding of current building and planning regulations
- Have proficiency in Revit
- Possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written
