A renowned architectural practice with a strong presence across Ireland is looking for a talented and driven RIAI / RIBA Registered Architect to join their team -although a Graduate Architect with over 5 years’ experience will be considered. The successful Architect will have an opportunity to work on innovative and high-profile residential projects that shape the future of urban living.
Based in Dublin city centre, you will collaborate closely with the team, taking ownership of multiple residential developments from planning and tender stages through to successful project completion.

Required experience:
- Registered Architect with professional membership in, or eligibility for, RIAI / RIBA.
- Approximately 5 years’ experience in architecture, with some of that time spent in Ireland or the UK
- Previous experience on medium/largescale residential projects
- Strong technical expertise and understanding of current building regulations
- Proficiency in Revit is preferred, although training can be provided
- Experience working closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Solid understanding of planning legislation and ability to manage the planning process
- Excellent communication, organisational, and presentation skills.
Salary & Benefits include:
- €55k-€65k, depending on experience
