Role Overview
Our client , a well-respected Irish owned Civil and Structural Engineering consultancy in Dublin is seeking a motivated Administrator with experience in engineering or construction to join their team. This position is crucial for ensuring the efficient operation of the consultancy’s office.
The role
- The ideal Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support to engineering teams.
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and facilitate communications.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
- As an administrator, you will assist with billing and invoicing processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Maintain office supplies and manage inventory.
Key Requirements
- Relevant experience as an Administrator in engineering, construction, or legal sectors.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with engineering or construction terminology is advantageous.
