A busy multidisciplinary office in north Dublin have an immediate requirement for an experienced Office Manager to join the team. They have seen significant growth over the past few years and in order to support the growing team, they are seeking to appoint an experienced Office Manager / Office Coordinator to manage activities across the office. This is a varied role, which encompasses all areas across the office including administration, events and facilities, to ensure the smooth running of the office.

 

The ideal Office Manager will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within a busy office environment and possess excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills, be highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Some of the duties and responsibilities will include:

  • General office administration – post, deliveries, diaries, coordinate meeting rooms, stationary, refreshments, IT support, social club etc
  • Be a key point of contact for office building and facilities – cleaning, utilities and ensure a timely resolution when liaising with external contractors
  • Act as the main point of contact for the growing Dublin office and coordinate the day-to-day running and smooth operations
  • Stationary – ordering office supplies, equipment, and other essentials as needed, while managing the associated budget and maintaining inventory records.
  • PA duties for the CEO and MD as required, i.e. managing schedules, meetings, presentations, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance and standards are met with health & safety, risk assessments, first aid and fire marshal training; accident and incident reporting.
  • Supporting and coordinating office events and team-building activities
  • Liaising with external service providers, such as IT support and security, to ensure seamless operations
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes as needed to enhance overall office efficiency.
