Site Manager (Structures) with strong RC Frame experience required for a Tier 1 Main Building Contractor to work on a large pharma project in Kilkenny. The successful Site Manager will have relevant experience on large-scale RC structures on building projects in either Ireland or the UK.
Duties:
- Reporting to the Project Manager
- Responsible for the Building envelope, groundwork, frame etc
- Responsible for the Site Management, Coordination & Delivery of onsite activities & management of resources to meet agreed project targets.
- Implement & deliver project objectives around H&S, Quality, Commercial and Programme.
Requirements:
- The successful Site Manager must have at least 5 years’ experience working on building projects for main building contractors in Ireland or the UK working on RC Frame Structures.
- Reinforced Concrete, Structures & Façade experience is essential
- Excellent communication skills.
- Commercially aware.
- Strong time management skills.
Package:
- Salary circa €70k-€75k
