Responsibilities:
- Setting Out:
- Conduct setting out activities on-site.
- Site Surveying:
- Perform site surveys to gather necessary data.
- Plan and Drawing Checks:
- Verify plans and drawings for accuracy.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that the work and materials adhere to contract specifications.
- Communication:
- Liaise with subcontractors, clients, and other professional staff.
- Technology Proficiency:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of setting out equipment, including GPS, site engineer level, total station.
- Health and Safety:
- Maintain strong health and safety standards on-site.
Requirements:
- Hold a degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 2-3 years of recent experience on residential projects in Ireland or the UK.
- Familiarity with setting out equipment, including GPS, site engineer level, total station.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
Salary Package:
- €60,000 – €65,000 (Dependent on Experience).
- Vehicle/Fuel Allowance.
