A well-established Tier 1 Construction Company in Tyrone is seeking Senior Site Manager with over 5 years of relevant experience on Civil Infrastructure projects. This role assumes responsibility and comprehensive accountability for a designated site usually involving a large-scale project Serving as the on-site construction leader, your role entails overseeing the overall daily supervision of the construction site. This includes
Role:
- Collaborating closely with the on-site team, which includes subcontractors, engineers, management, and others to coordinate and manage all activities on site.
- Developing and supervising the site setup, ensuring that necessary facilities are established before the project launch.
- Taking responsibility for ensuring strict adherence to HSEQS protocols on sites throughout the entire duration.
- Enforcing quality control procedures consistently and providing regular reports to the Regional Director.
- Full-time flexibility for travel between Ireland and the UK overseeing significant retail projects on behalf of our client, reporting directly to the Regional Director.
Requirements:
- Third level qualification completed in relation to the industry
- 5+ years’ experience on Civil Infrastructure projects
- Outstanding proficiency in professional written and communication abilities while managing key stakeholders.
- Flexibility to travel between the UK and Ireland regularly
Salary:
- Salary £60k-£65k
