Project Manager
An innovative Irish construction and project management consultancy, who provide a full range of quantity surveying and project management services, are seeking a qualified Project Manager with a minimum of 3 years’ experience.
They will have the opportunity to work within a collaborative team environment on a range of residential, commercial, retail, industrial, educational, leisure, healthcare, and student accommodation projects across Ireland.
The ideal Project Manager will hold a degree level qualification in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Engineering and have at least 2 years’ industry experience managing building projects within a consultancy, client side or a developer environment.

Experience required:
- Degree level qualification in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- A Project Manager with a minimum of 2-5 years industry experience within a consultancy, client side or developer environment is essential
- Strong IT proficiency
- Excellent report writing skills with a precise eye for detail
- High level of written and verbal communication
- Ambitious and committed to delivering an excellent standard of work
- Project experience should include medium to largescale retail, residential, commercial, educational, or healthcare projects
- Eligibility to work in Ireland is essential to be considered
