Role:
- Conducting thorough safety inspections and producing comprehensive risk assessments.
- Regularly reviewing and updating our Company Risk Assessments, Safe Operating Procedures, and Safety Statement.
- Swiftly investigating, documenting, and reporting accidents, incidents, and near-misses, while ensuring prompt implementation of corrective actions.
- Reviewing Safety Statements and Safety Compliance of sub-contractors.
Requirements:
- Hold a relevant Health and Safety Qualification/Diploma or higher.
- Have a minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Health & Safety Officer/Advisor on construction projects in Ireland or the UK.
- Possess a proactive attitude and enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to take initiative.
- Exhibit proficiency in IT tools and systems.
- Display excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Speak fluent English and be eligible to work in Ireland.
